Fenikss Casino shares experience in using artificial intelligence technology for player protection

Last week, together with the representatives of the Latvian interactive gambling industry, the Lotteries and Gambling Inspectorate and the Ministry of Finance, we shared our experience on the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the protection of players

Together with Neccton's leading expert Dr. Michel Auer, whose developed player support system Mentor operates on the Fenikss Casino platform, we analysed the impact of the system on changing gaming habits.

We are pleased that every day at least 5% of players on the platform proactively use Mentor's responsible gaming tools. In addition, more than 80% of the alerts and notifications sent out by the Mentor system are read.

Mārtiņš Opmanis, Interactive Services Manager at ALFOR, emphasizes: "The player support system Mentor, which is based on artificial intelligence and big data technologies, allows us to spot signs of risky behaviour early on and to communicate effectively with our customers using personalized feedback."

The Mentor system provides each player with individual reports on the number of deposits, pay-outs, game frequency and duration. By identifying signs of problematic play, the system sends personalized alerts and notifications to the player in real-time, allowing them to stop risky play, as well as offering informative support for gambling addiction.
