NOVOMATIC AG, one of Europe's largest gaming companies, has acquired 40% of ALFOR's share capital from co-owner SIA FOROMS, making SIA ALFOR a 100% subsidiary of the NOVOMATIC AG group.
This transaction culminates a successful partnership of more than two decades between NOVOMATIC AG, SIA FOROMS, and its sole shareholder, Jānis Zuzāns. It now sets the stage for the next phase of SIA ALFOR's development, focused on long-term growth, operational flexibility, and sustainable development.

As part of the transaction, Jānis Zuzāns has stepped down from the SIA ALFOR board. The company's board now consists of Wojtek Lypka and Christian Catasta, a long-time member of the NOVOMATIC AG management team. Additionally, Matyas Toth will support the ALFOR management team as the newly appointed procurist.
Following his departure from SIA ALFOR, Jānis Zuzāns will dedicate himself to the Zuzeum Art Centre and activities in the hospitality industry.
